Editorial Policy

Prime Health Daily is published by Prime Life Media, LLC. Our Editor-in-Chief is Robert Jeffrey. This page explains how our articles are made and how we keep them honest.

How we choose topics

We write about food, everyday habits and natural approaches to the health questions people over 50 ask most often, such as blood sugar, heart health, digestion, joints, sleep and energy.

How we research and write

  • Every article links to its sources. We favor published studies, government health agencies and major medical institutions, and we list them at the end of each article.
  • We report what the research shows, including its limits. If a finding comes from a small study, an animal study or a single trial, we say so.
  • We use research and writing tools, including AI. Every article is checked against its sources and approved by the editor before it’s published.
  • We don’t give medical advice. Our articles are for education. Talk with your doctor before changing your diet, supplements or medications, especially if you have a health condition or take prescription drugs.

How we make money

Prime Health Daily is free to read. We earn money by recommending products and offers, some of which are made by other companies. When you buy through one of those links, we may earn a commission. It does not change the price you pay.

  • Recommendations are marked Sponsored, with a note next to the link.
  • Advertisers do not write or approve our articles.
  • Our full disclosure policy is part of our Terms of Use.
